The Associate of Arts Degree is awarded to individuals who successfully complete a program of collegiate level work, which is transferable toward a baccalaureate degree. The state minimum general education core of 35 semester credit hours including courses in English/writing, the humanities and fine arts, history and the social sciences, mathematics, and the natural sciences are a part of this degree program.
