PSYC 2303 - General Psychology

Prerequisite(s): An ACT Reading Score of 19 or equivalent ACCUPLACER score or READ 1213 - Developmental Reading  of a grade of “C” or better.
This course is the study focuses on the human experience within the physical and social environment. Topics include the application of the scientific method, the relationship between brain and behavior, social and personality development, motivation, emotion, social cognition and interaction, consciousness, and maladaptive behavior. The course required of psychology as well as social science majors and minors. Offered in fall and spring only ACTS Equivalent Course Number = PSYC 1103
