HIST 2333 - Arkansas History

Prerequisite(s): Successful completion of HIST 2313 - U.S. History to 1877  or HIST 2323 - U.S. History Since 1877 .
This course is a study of the economic, social, and political evolutions of Arkansas from the Spanish and French explorations to the present. Cultural aspects of folklore, native art, music, and traditions that have been an integral part of Arkansas will be explored. Satisfies certification requirements for Arkansas Teaching Certificate. Offered in fall, spring and summer
