Prerequisite(s)/Corequisite(s): EDUC 1113 - Early Childhood Field Experience 
This course covers the principles and application of safety, sanitation, and health nutritional practices for young children. The focus is on creating a safe environment, providing healthy nutritious foods, and making young children aware of the importance of these factors for good health and safe living. Offered in fall only A grade of “C” or better is required for passing.
